Hello Fellow Camera Enthusiasts:

I am very excited about this years "show and tell" possibliities. Early June I sent out an email breaking down each club monthly meetings "show and tell" into letters of the alphabet. Septembers club meeting will be A, B, and C. You are more than welcome to show and tell any pictures you like, however; the letters are there to challenge each member to think of something different and get outside their usual picture taking and explore.


2012-2013 Show and Tell will also encompass a photo challenge portion. Here is how it will work:


A) Show and Tell any picture you like. ( Use the monthly letter system to challenge yourself and your fellow club members. ) • See attached monthly letters
B) Show and tell two pictures per person. 
C) If desired, one of the pictures can be critiqued. Let the photo club coordinator know which one.  Decision is up to you which one, or neither. Either way you "show and tell".
C) Each month will be a different critique: either technical or compositional. Example: Sept is technical, Oct is compositional.
D) This critique is a quick overview only. With a score between 1-10 for each question. The critique is just another viewpoint, an opportunity for growth or not.
E) A pencil and a few Technical critique questions will be handed out to the club members. Each club member will mark a number next to the technical question.  
B) While the club member is "show and telling" their picture, club members write down their view of the photo by writing in a number between one - ten (1-10). 
C) The club members will hand the sheets back to the photo club coordinator. 
D) The technical sheets will be passed to the "show and tell" club member. (This is only an opportunity to have another viewpoint to your photographic art.)
E) On to the next person.
