Hi all

Our next meeting is our year-end meeting and annual general meeting. The date is June 13th at our usual time.

This year, we have had some really interesting and well-attended meetings and hands-on workshops.  Our membership numbers are up and we have many new members.  We have money in the bank. What a great foundation for a club!

The club has been guided by an executive this past year.  Kimberly Wynn has served as Treasurer and Peter Gallagher as competition coordinator. And, we have had a number of members at large. This coming year, we need an outings chair, photo challenge lead, news editor.  

Most importantly, I believe we need to have a president and/or co-presidents.  We need one or two people to step forward to co-ordinate and act as a clearing house for club activities.  This does not have to be onerous but is invaluable.  If you are interested, please contact me.

Our year-end meeting is an opportunity for us to look back on the past year and get feedback on what worked and what we can do differently next year.  This is your club so come next week with your ideas and suggestions for next year. 

To kick off the meeting, I would like to showcase 5+ photos from each member.  So, please bring your images on USB card or stick.

Finally, I want to give a special thanks to Hope Herbst, Vickie Sherwood and Bill Sherwood for helping with the Carden Photo Contest.
