[Members] ODCC Outings during the summer

Hi All, I guess by now you have seen David Kennedy's email that I will take
on the role of the clubs outing coordination for the next year. I'm hoping
to make the general meeting on the 13th but as usual work sometimes gets in
the way. So in case I don't  I thought I would put the bug in your ear now.
I would like to start in July with a schedule of a Saturday or Sunday outing
each month. So to help me out I'm looking for suggestions from you on places
that aren't that far away perhaps 1 hour or less that would be of interest
to club members to go and enjoy some camaraderie and share experiences and
knowledge.  I will be looking at places to go, volunteers that may want to
help take people and any other suggestions that we can do to make the outing
enjoyable for everyone. Could be  a few hours to a good portion of the day.

 

I have attached some food for thought for all of you on some summer
assignments to help improve your photography. If you want to try this on
outings or if you can't join in you can try it when you have time. Hope this
is of some help.

If you would send me your suggestions for places to go and/or subjects to
shoot I will start the ball rolling. Additionally if you would like to help
