Hi all

As you know, I put a call for a president or co-president.  WE NEED A PERSON TO HELP COORDINATE AND ENSURE OUR CLUB MEETINGS ARE SUCCESSFUL.

You come to Camera Club meetings but do not know everything that goes into making the meeting successful.   The work is not difficult but if a step is missed our program suffers. 

For each meeting, we need:
A person to pick up the key from Helping Hands, before 1:00 pm
A person to open the door and setup the meeting room
A person to chair the meeting and develop the agenda
A person to introduce the speaker or workshop leader.
A person to thank the speaker/workshop leader.
A person to lock-up.
This past year, we had a series of rotating meeting chairs to share this activity and the process worked well.

We do, though, need a person or persons to coordinate program planning and ensure the meeting chairs and speakers are on deck each month.

In the summer, it is crucial that the executive meet once or twice to develop the program for the fall and plan the first meeting.  

We have a great club, we have a strong membership.  What a great foundation?  Would you like to step forward and be our co-ordinator for next year.
