[Members] Camera Club-Executive Introduction

Hello Everyone,

 

The club Annual General Meeting, held this past Wednesday, had a great
turnout of members with lots of enthusiasm providing feedback and ideas to
summer outings and planning ideas for the start of the new year in
September. Thanks to David Kennedy for running the evening and John Wynn, of
course, for the best made coffee in Orillia.

First let me give you a quick introduction of your new executive for the
2012-2013 year.

*	Vicki Sherwood - Vice President
*	Kimberly Wynn - Treasurer, Membership and News/Publicity  (plus Jill
Russell to assist)
*	John Wynn - Meeting Logistics 
*	Peter Gallagher - Competitions & Website Master
*	Judy Hardy -  Outings Coordinator ( helping Mike Bailey ) 
*	Hope Herbst - Photo Challenges

I am looking so forward to working with the new executive and all of you who
might participate from time to time. It's great when everyone gets involved
to make the camera club a fun and learning event. Whether it be in our
regular meetings, getting together during small group outings or even
conversing with one another via emails or utilizing our web site, there will
always be something for everyone. 

Your feedback and ideas will be very important to me over the next year.
Please let me know what's on your mind so I can discuss with the executive.

it's about club events or if you are having trouble with something I will
try to get an answer for you or put you in touch with someone that has some
experience. 

Anyway, you will get emails from time to time from members of the executive
with updates, asking for assistance in events or simply directing you to the
website for information.

The executive members will be meeting over the summer to plan for the new
year. With your help and input I am confident we will all have another
successful year.

Have a great summer everyone. Get out and play with your cameras but always
put your safety first. I want to see your smiling faces again in September.
