THE BEST STREET PHOTOGRAPHY FROM AROUND THE WORLD
After the success of the International Street Photography Awards in 2011 and 2012, we are pleased to announce that the Awards will return for a third year running in 2013. The format will be similar to the previous two years, but the Awards are now organised by the exciting new home of photography, FOTOURA!

To celebrate, we are making this year's Awards bigger than ever, with a stronger international focus. All shortlisted photographers will have their work promoted internationally via press outlets, the Fotoura website, iPhone & iPad apps and the latest social media platforms. Once again, there will be first, second and third prize winners and 10 runners-up. Could 2013 be your lucky year?

The 2013 International Street Photography Awards (ISPAs) include Open and Student categories, and are open to photographers from around the globe. Work from the winners and a selection of the best entries to the 2013 competition will be shown in an exhibition in central London in Spring 2013.

There are a few changes to this year's contest. Firstly, entries must be submitted around the 2013 theme: HOMETOWN. Secondly, photographers will have even more opportunities for fame and glory beyond the main prizes if they choose to have their work featured in the Fotoura App. The app will allow the public to vote for their favourite images, and the most popular entry from each country will be showcased online and at the Awards exhibition in London.

THEME: HOMETOWN
Photographers are asked to keep to the same parameters of the previous Street Photography Awards - in other words, they must comply with our definition of Street Photography (see website)-  and they must also enter only photographs taken in the place they live or have lived - wherever that may be.
