Dear club members,

The dog days of summer are not yet over and in honour of the summer sun, surf and sand, we’re holding the Life’s a Beach Photo Contest to celebrate our Blue Flag eco-certification program for beaches and marinas here in Canada.

All club members are invited to grab their camera gear and head to their favourite Canadian beach to capture a few great images for a chance to win up to $500 worth of new camera equipment.

While the sight of gorgeous beach sunsets make us all daydream of our next beach vacation, we want to see how you spend your day at your favourite Canadian beach. Capture that perfect action shot of you, your friends and family swimming, building sandcastles, playing frisbee, and more!

Entering the contest is easy! Simply capture your best shot, geo-tag your photo and upload to our Flickr pool flickr.com/groups/beachphotocontest/OR tag your photo #lifesabeachcontest and upload to Instagram. That’s it!
