Hello everyone,

Final Release is now available for Club Members!

Please find attached a 1 page document dedicated to the security of your prized possessions (your photos).

The E.P.P. or Electronic Photo Policy is a document created by the Executive, for the club members, to ensure the safety and security of your photographs, while in the possession of the club.

Every reasonable effort is taken to secure your photos from thieves, but we are aware that even with watermarking images, some software can minimize the impact of this on your photo.

Anyone concerned about the web presence of your photos can use Google’s reverse image search - http://images.google.ca/ (Click on the camera to search by image location or upload).

Alternatively you can also use this reverse image search engine: http://www.tineye.com/  (This likewise searches by upload or internet location).

A few E.P.P. copies will be available at the April Meeting or you may print it for your records. (attached .pdf)
