[Members] June AGM Meeting & BBQ

Hello everyone. We will be having a year end BBQ as part of the Annual
General Meeting held at our usual meeting place Wednesday June 12, starting
at 6:30 so you don't get too Hungry. Hamburgers/Hotdogs/beverages &
condiments will be provided by the club. If each of the members could bring
a salad or desert or some other snacks as part of a pot luck, it would be
greatly appreciated. We can call it the "ODCC Buffet and AGM".  To help
offset the cost of the year end BBQ it would be great if you would also
consider a $2.00 donation.

We will be reviewing this past years budget and expenditures, Competitions
and ABC challenges, plans for the new club year starting in September and
more.

Kim will also be ready to accept early registrations. The registration will
remain at $25.00 per person or $40.00 per couple.  The Executive is looking
at other means to try to offset annual operating costs including more guest
speakers for the new season.
