[Members] [Orillia and District Camera Club] Plans for 2013-2014 AGM

Hello membership,




With much anticipation, we have the following dining arrangements for the  
final meeting of the 2013-2014 ODCC Calendar Year.




It will not be a BBQ or an Official Pot Luck, a new invention is in the  
works.




***Please respond to this email with your intention to participate and the  
number of people in your party.***


(Wives and Husbands of members are welcome at this meeting)




If you are able to provide a hot dish, dessert, dinner rolls , cheese tray,  
fruit tray or salads ***please indicate to me what it will be***, so we can  
avoid duplication.




I'm looking for a couple of hot dishes to complement the  
sandwiches ......... mind out of the gutter, we are looking for food!




My Crock Pot Specialty is Swedish Meatballs, so that is my offering for the  
evening along with the beverage selections.




What is yours?

June 11th, Helping Hands Meeting Room @ 6 PM (Rain or Shine)

Note: Snack foods(donated), beverages(donated) (Pop/Water/Coffee/Tea) &  
Subway Sandwich Platters will be provided(partial club & partial collected  
fees). (Including Veggie Delite)




We are asking for a nominal $5.00 fee per member/guest to offset the cost  
of the Sandwich Platters at the event. (Estimated at $150.00)




Any food dishes supplied by our members will contribute to the success of  
our Annual General Meeting!




I anticipate that my mailbox will be full of responses by the end of this  
week!




***Please respond by May 30th***, so we may plan the event according to  
participation.




A special thanks to a few offers of dessert already! ....... I may have to  
skip dinner. (ha ha ha). Really, I'm in shape .... because "round" is a  
shape!
