SUMMARY:43rd Annual Vintage Boat Show and Classic Car Show
DESCRIPTION:This is a great opportunity to photograph classic boats and cars!\nVisit the link to the organizers website for more information about the days schedule\, parking and shuttle buses. \n\nThis July the 43rd Vintage boat show is back stronger than ever. The 2023 show brought out an impressive variety of boats\, enthusiastic participants and excited crowds. Following last year’s cancellation\, this year as we add backing more events and activities all signs indicate that we will certainly exceed previous attendance. The show will have two days of activities for members\, participants and the public. \nThe public are invited to attend this FREE show with plenty to see and do on the Waterfront and Sports Field. We are expecting a great turnout of boats\, both wood and glass\, filling the slips at the docks with a strong complement of watercraft being displayed on land. \nNew this year is the Vintage and Classic Car Show being held in the Sports Field adjacent to Muskoka Wharf. This event is being organized by the Muskoka Motor Club.

DESCRIPTION:Presentation: Analog to Digital – How I Scan Negatives and Slides with My Camera\nJoin us at the start of a new year to listen and see how our long-time club member Peter Gallagher uses his digital camera to scan his film negative and slides. You’ll see his set up and watch as he takes photos of film negatives and slides\, then converting digital file of the negatives into an image that can be printed or shared. \nA New Year\nThis is the beginning of our club year\, so if we will be planning to sign-up our members for the coming year. \nVisitors are always welcome for a donation of $5.00 \nMonthly Challenge Theme: Winter\nOur monthly challenge is open to all our paid club members.
