Another day, another photograph… or two. As promised, here is the reminder of what to do for the March monthly challenge.
This month you have it easy and you can take a picture of anything you want. Almost. The only catch is that it has to be on your property or at least visible from your property. As last month, the object is to take a picture and be aware of the exposure triangle and its implications on your settings.
Many of you already use editing software and I hope that the others have had a chance to look at some of the free options presented by Peter at the last meeting. With that in mind, it would be great to see a “before and after” image of what you shot. Show us what you can do with some basic edits such as exposure and cropping. Give conscious thought to what you are shooting, the process of setting up the shot and the challenges you face. Add your comments in the space provided when submitting your images on the club website.
This is also an opportunity for the more seasoned shooters among you to get creative and strut your stuff. Don’t be shy.
Remember, photography is fun but it takes some effort to get a better image than you did last time.
